Step one. We map the firm across profit, team, and technology, then hand you a prioritised plan to scale, ranked by what each move is worth rather than what’s loud right now. You leave with a do-this-not-that plan your team can start on Monday, and it’s yours to keep whether we keep working together or not.
Step two. We build the Roadmap with you: the technology in, the team levelled up, until the firm runs on it and you’re free to do only the work you want to. The Roadmap is the plan you keep; the Install is the year we spend putting it in place beside you.
